Happy Physical Fitness and Sports Month

It's a great month to get active and get moving!

Here in Atlanta there are lots of 5Ks and fun runs going on around town, active.com

Do you prefer to walk and explore arts, foods, and music, there are tons of festivals, some free, that you can easliy get in your 30-60 minutes of cardio.  I walked the Dogwood Festival last week and got in over 2 hours of walking! accessatlanta.com

The weather is warm and there are lots to see and do around town.
