About Me

Welcome!

Thanks for visiting my page!

My name is Larissa, and I am a fitness geek! I am a collector of fitness certifications and knowledge. I love attending industry conferences and workshops and hearing from some of the most brilliant and innovative minds in the field. This industry is versatile and dynamic, there is always some new technique to learn or information to share. For me that is really exciting, but for some people fitness and health can be extremely confusing and frustrating. I experiment with different concepts and techniques and share my experience to help others create the healthy lifestyle they want.
