I am so excited for the opportunity to speak in the small group discussion "HIIT Chat" at this years conference.
I discovered FitBloggin last year when several of the bloggers I follow went. All their photos and tweets made me wish I had gone too. I want to improve my writing and be a better blogger. This all started because all I wanted to talk about was fitness, and I didn't have anyone to talk to about it.
I decided if FitBloggin came to the south I would definitely go! Then I heard they were coming to my fave staycation spot, Savannah! Not only were they coming to Georgia, but they were looking for fitness geeks like me to speak during their small group discussions. I applied, they accepted, and in 110 days I will be speaking at FitBloggin!
My objectives for HIIT Chat
- discuss the benefits of HIIT training
- identify various types of protocols
- provide guidance on how to incorporate the top fitness trend of 2014 into your own workouts
- have our own hands-on HIIT experience!
I want participants to walk away with the knowledge and skills to feel comfortable participating in a HIIT program or incorporating it into their own training.
What would you want out of HIIT chat?
Comment below with your ideas!
I welcome your suggestions, It is your hour, I want it to be worth it!
A little HIIT demo to hold you over the next 110 days.

1. Sample HIIT Workouts
2. Pre/Post snacks
3. HIIT workouts that are not on the treadmill or running
Thanks AliciaMonae. I had not considered including pre/post workout fuel, but nutrition does always come up during the fitness conversation. Are you still planning to attend?
